Cancellation Terms – Fitting Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled fitting.

Payment – Services and Goods

Services – Club fittings and repairs

Club fitting sessions booked online will be paid at the end of your fitting session.

Club fitting sessions booked through a Cool Clubs representative will be paid at the end of your fitting session.

All repairs once completed must be paid for at the time you collect your golf club or clubs.

Goods

All orders for clubs must be paid for at the time of placing an order. We cannot commence building bespoke clubs until payment has been received.
