Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
How much time is required for each fitting?
Each fitting typically takes around an hour to an hour and a half.
What is the difference between Tour and Premier fittings?
Premier fittings are conducted indoors at our Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, as well as at all of our other US based locations. Each location is different, but some do have access to an outdoor range. See location info for details. Tour fittings are ONLY conducted outdoors at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale AZ. Tour fittings generally take a little longer and involve the opportunity to hit off real grass and see your ball flight.
Am I good enough to get fit?
We fit all golfers regardless of handicap ranging from beginners to Tour Professionals. Look at it this way, the higher your handicap, the more room for improvement, and the more likely you are to see a significant change in distance, accuracy and scoring!
Are wedges included in the iron fitting?
Wedges are included in each iron fitting. Your fitter will ensure that your wedges fit the set appropriately.
Is the fitting fee applied to the cost of equipment?
Unfortunately, the fitting fees do not apply to the cost of equipment. The fitting fees allow us to use the latest and best technology available for each fitting. We believe that we are providing a service that has value. To discount the fitting fee, would mean that we don’t believe the service we are providing is worth anything to you. It also means we stand behind what we recommend. Should you be unsatisfied with your equipment, please contact your fitter to discuss how we can help.
What is the time frame for receiving my golf clubs?
Cool Clubs guarantees delivery within two weeks. However, this does not mean each build requires two weeks. Our building department is very efficient and generally delivers clubs in a timely manner.
